Diet Supplements Las Vegas NV My account was hit twice even after informing to cancel Las Vegas Nevada

Answered an ad for a free trial bottle of supposedly Pure CBD. Shipping not included $5.95  Sept 5 2017  4 days later Sept 18 they hit my account for $79.95  At this point I have one bottle of their product that was supposed to be a free trial bottle and $79.95 out of pocket. When I called, I was told no refunds after being put on hold for a very unreasonable amount of time. I told them to cancel any autoships or furture orders. The following month Oct. 4 2017 they hit my account again for $79.95. Once again I called their inefficient so called customer service to wait forever once again. This time they instructed me to return the next shipment for a refund. $160 later I now have 2 bottles of their product with the word that if I send back the last bottle I would get a refund, but I'm not too sure about that.

I have turned the matter over to the fraud squad at my bank, and they are folowing up on this matter. All I can say at this point that when ever you purchase something online, either do it through Paypal or one of other money transfer  systems that will back your purchase or do your research on the company you are buying from first.
