Dietary Supplement SEC Alive Today Charged credit card $198 instead of $111 Las Vegas Nevada

Orderred 3 bottles online for $37 each plus 1 free bottle with free shipping.  I received 4 bottles in a plastic bag, each bottle wrapped once in bubble wrap.   Package was not marked fragile in any way.  One bottle had the entire bottom broken out and contents had coated everything.  Even the outdside of the package was covered and my other mail in my box. The paper inside the package was not legible except for the word to and the number in my address.

I checked my credit card and learned they had charged me $198 instead of $111.  I reached out to them by email to the customer support service at the address they had sent me by email.  dietaryservice@gmail.com.  The email immediately returned as an outgoing email only.

I called them at 800-796-1089 and was placed on hold for 10 minutes while they,"looked up my account."   The woman returned to the phone and seemed surprised I was still there.  She informed me I was charged the correct amount at $198 as if I orderred more I would receive a $50 rebate and free shipping on my next order.  No matter what she said there was still overcharging on my card.   She stated my order was not listed as a repeating order and I would not receive more unless I ordered more.  They refused to refund my overcharge.
