dietaryherb.com Deceptive Practices/Horrible Customer Service Coral Springs, FL Internet

I ordered an herbal supplement from this company and recieved an order confirmation.  I was sending it to my son who is ill at college.  The next day I received a message from dietaryherb.com that the order was canceled.  There was no explanation and there was no customer service contact information provided. My credit card was working perfectly fine so I knew that the problem must have been on their side. 

Given that my son needed this supplement and they had just wasted two days of time, I sent them a message asking them to explain what had happened.  It took me a while to track down their address as the order confirmation didn't supply any contact information either.  I also stated that if they did not give me an explanation I would share the information with the world.

They sent me the following message, without any other explanation: "We prosecute threats."  And then they blocked my e-mail address so that I could not send them any more messages.

When I researched the company I found that many other people had experienced the exact same treatment.  What concerns me is that I gave them my charge card information, billing address, and my son's address and information.  If they are capable of such poor service, my worry is that they may also be capable of some sort of fraudulent behavior.  I highly recommend that anyone considering buying supplements should AVOID using dietaryherb.com!
