DietMax Max Diet, Offered free tiral and then billed credit card several times even though I immediately canceled! Miami, Florida

I read an article on line about this amazing weight loss drug and when I clicked to read the second page it took me to a link for a free trial. I read all the small print and filled out the information. Once I got my confirmation the email said that I just signed up for continued supplies and would be billed every month. I called within 15 minutes and canceled my order. I received a cancel email and was on line with the representative who walked me through the cancellation process. I never received email confirmation that it was canceled so I printed off the screen that showed I canceled the order.

My credit card was billed that day and then two weeks later was billed an additional $35.81. I called the credit card company and made a dispute. I then called Diet max again. A rep told me that I should not cancel and go ahead and try the free trial! ((FREE) I told her I never received a free trial and I wanted a refund. She said that my order was canceled and that I was never billed. Then she said she would issue me a refund. This is the biggest rip off. Your credit card is also charged a Foreign transaction fee every time they hit your card with a charge. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!! I am hoping they will not bill me again but I am sure they will. I will have to cancel my credit card and get a new one to stop the billing! RIP OFF!!
