dietpatch i had order the patch thinking that it was a free trail and all i had to do is pay shipping and handleing well 14 days later my bank was 89.97 short which made my rent late and i had an over draft fee a, Arizona

i saw the ad for the diet patch it said a free trail just pay 4.97 for shipping .that they reduced the price to 1,97 well 14 days later i check my bank account. only to find there was 89.97 ttaken out by the diet patch company. (i did not give permission to do this) there was nothing said in the ad or did the lady on the phone say that this would be done. these people should be sued and taken off the web. i had called them trying to get my money back and they told me that i would not get my money back. and would cancal my membership .which i did not sigh up for .they are a rip off

Unless you contact our customer care department at 1-877-773-5152 to cancel your monthly subscription, you will continue to receive product every month and be billed the full price for it. Your request for cancellation, whether by phone or email, will be processed immediately; however, you will be responsible for payment of any product that has either already been shipped to you or that has already been delivered to you at the time of your cancellation. If you are trying to cancel outside of the customer cares hours of operation (4am to 11pm Central time Monday - Friday) you may submit a request of cancellation by email to contact@dietpatchtoday.com. All cancellation requests whether by email or by phone should receive a cancellation number and an email stating your subscription has been cancelled. You must keep this cancellation number or email for your records that you have been cancelled.
This is how almost ALL of these "Free trial" offers work. That's why they charge a s/h fee, to get your payment information and bill you when you fail to cancel in a timely manner.
