Signed up for free trial $ 2.95 - had option to pay additional fee for faster shipping which I did not choose. When I received the product I did not start right away as figured I had 30 patches - could not be time to pay - wrong, they already billed the card on the 22nd for the product I received on Dec 20, Funny Ha Ha (NOT) - figured I would call and they would straighten out or extend my trial basis - No extension - "Your fourteen day trial started the day you placed the order"

Needless to say after emailing a couple of times - holding on for no one to answer and making three calls surprising got to talk with some one who refused to credit order because they stated your trial started when you ordered product. If you order this product - call to cancel if you have not received it.

They are supposed to credit the account "we shall see" reported to credit card company and then will report to better business bureau if they do not take care of this issue. 

They also charge a restocking fee! This free trial will cost you close to twelve dollars! Sorry I can not tell you if it works or not.
