Digicircle.com digicircle on ebay Digicircle breaks ebay's selling practices Internet

I did some research on a company called Digicircle that sells al ot of used electronics on ebay.  They sold me a macbook on ebay and then after they sent me a notice saying it had shipped, they contacted me and said they actually had sold the computer days before.  This is a direct violation of ebay's selling practices, you cannot list an item that will be out of stock any time during the auction.  The scam is that they tried to sell me insurance on the computer at the point of sale, the insurance had an auto renewal that if I hadn't noticed would have billed my card automatically every two years and provided me with very little protection, keep in mind that the seller had no intention of shipping me the computer, they just gambled that I would forget that the insurance came with it and I would have been billed in two years.  Digicircle is evil, don't buy from them, I can't even file a complaint with ebay, because they are a Power Seller, which means they are protected for seven days, So I am writing on every other message board to report their un professional conduct.  Digicircle is a scam!
