Hello, i was a former customer i sent my ipod touch 8gb black 4th generation they failed to tell me that it cost 25$ ALONE just to check it out and see whats wrong with it. then i got a e-mail 4 days after i sent it and they had reviced it. next day i got a e-mail saying i need a 74.99$ part! i sent a e-mail asking if i could get it back. then another saying send it back with the money and everything if i dont get it back i want a new one or a lawer is invloved !

There is a website www.cheechitconsulting.com. They fix all kinds of electronics including apple iphones. They have fixed both my ipod touch and iphone 3gs, 4, and 4s. You can request a quote on the website they are very knowledgeable and very cheap when it comes to repairs compared to all the local shops around my city.

Amanda, I looked at their web page and it clearly states 25.00 is the diagnosis/repair service. If you order this service under the product description it states any parts needed would cost additional. I can't believe you thought you would be able to get a repair done on an expensive Apple product for 25.00. I know many people who have used DigiExpress service and had great experiences. It is terrible that a customer can be wrong and not read all of the info presented to them to make an educated decision and blame the company. Also, it is terrible that a good company saving people money in a tough economy are so at the mercy of consumers looking for something for nothing!
