Here's the bottom line. They give you a 30 day warranty on their work. If you figure shipping, you have about 20 - 25 days to make sure the work they do is good. In our case, 2 weeks after their warranty period ended, it broke again. If your problem is a broken ear phone jack, and no sound, I strongly advise using these guys. They charged about $75 and do not guarantee their work for more than 30 days. We got nothing for our efforts and are worse off than before since we have to pay someone else to repair their repair job. In my opinion, they don't care about customer satisfaction at all, as many other negative reports about this company attest to. Buyer Beware!
