Digikarma4less is the worst company I have ever done business with on ebay in over 10 years.  There customer service is horrible.  Reaching them is next to impossible.  They currently owe me a blackberry or $218.99.  I will not stop hammering them until i get my money or a working t-mobile blackberry curve that I ordered. 

They sent me one phone that did not function properly.  It took me about a month to connect with them on the phone.  I would call them on Monday and I would get a return phone call on Friday.  Do not miss there call!!  you will never get a live person when you call  back.  All you will get is there voice mail unless it is full, which is most of the time.

They finally sent me a replacement Blackberry and it did not work!  When I received a call on the blackberry, the phone would power off.  And it would not charge half of the time. 

So I started the phone calling again and after about 2 weeks, someone finally called me back.  She was very apologetic, gave me the return shipping information, and said it would take 4-6 days for processing and a new blackberry would be shipped out.  I shipped them the non working Blackberry.

Well, that was about a month and a half ago.  I have called, emailed, mailed them letters.  They will not respond to me.  I still have no Blackberry and they still have $218.99 of my money.

Again DigiKarma,  I will not stop until I get my money or the blackberry I ordered.
