We were approach by Anthony Seruga or Tony Rice in July of 2010. He said he was an internet optimizer but as it turned out he just took the $1000 and is still running. Him and his wife both are scam artist who, even as I speak are moving again. I have a signed contract and plenty of witnesses who will testify against him and his croonies. I already filed a report against Pageoneinternet.com but because he gave faLse information, I have to file this report against Digital billions media, Inc. Mr. Seruga is also involved in the porno industry so asa my wife put it, "No wonder he's so sweaty and slimy". I will help anyone that wants to prosecute this scam artist.
