Do not buy from this company. They lie about their products, and sell refurbished items but claim they are brand new.

Here is the scenario: You order an item on their website. A day later, a sales rep calls you. He claims your credit card was denied, and wants to verify the number. This is a lie, he is only calling to pressure you to buy more of their products.

If you don't believe this, just google digital delivered. You will find an endless supply of reviews from angry customers who fell victim to the same trick.

And don't count on any customer service. They will never return your calls.

Here is the exact text copied and pasted from the Better Business Bureau's New York City office:

"Complaints received from consumers indicate that this firm engages in high pressure sales tactics. Consumers allege sales representatives attempt to pressure them into purchasing additional merchandise with their original order and if they refuse, the firm will not sell to them or continue with their order. After declining, consumers report difficulty talking to sales representatives, claiming they are verbally abusive and dishonest. A majority of consumers report non-delivery of merchandise and when trying to tracking orders, some consumers report receiving false tracking numbers while others did not receive any."

Bottom line, don't waste your money. There are plenty of good merchants out there who are honest and can be relied on.

If you have doubts about the validity of my report, just do your own search on the internet for "Digital Delivered" and you will find no shortage of customers wronged by this company. Many reports I have read by Digital Delivered's customers state their intent to file a report with the NY State Attorney General's Office. I plan to follow suit.
