Stay away from this Credit Union if you are applying for a mortgage. They will kill you and give you so much mental pain. This bank was good with my checking and saving account.
But they are very bad in Mortgae. Questions are not answered. very arrogant service rep. They ask documents after documents (Not all at the time). I had to change the closing date because of them.
"A manager goes on vacation so if you dont provide a bank statement with extra 10K you will need to wait for a week for his return". This is what they are telling me.
I have even sent an email to the CEO of the company. very bad.. if anyone is planning to apply for a mortgage,,,,, Please stay away.
