In November of 2003 I won a bid on Ebay.ca for a Canon S50 digital Camera from Digital-Moose. It was a pre-buy which meant they had 30 days from time of payment to fulfill my order. I promptly submitted my money and have been waiting ever since.

I occasionally receive an e-mail explaining that because of some problems they experienced on E-bay, their order fulfillment process was affected, but the e-mails always promised results soon and even promised rebates for our patience. They never responded directly to any of my queries (e-mail or voicemail), only generic e-mails to all parties with outstanding orders.

It is now August (9 months later) and still nothing.. I don NOT recommend anyone do business with this individual.
