DIGITAL NOW TV File with the Attorney General of Delaware Wilmington Delaware

I have files so many reports it is hard to keep up with, I filed with the BBB and they sent me a letter yesterday stating what I already know that DigitalNow.tv has an unsatifactory record history now the number of complaints is 20 they did nothing though, what good are they anyway I have filed with the FTC and nothing yet from them but I filed with the Attorney General of Delaware and I spoke to someone over there and they are taking this very serious, he assured me that I would get my money back if nothing else.

I really want my system but he told me that it look as though only one or two people receive their system he says that they have numerous complaints of this company and their business practices, that they are investigating them. That consumers need to file in order for this to go forward the more people who files the better chance they have of proving fraud.

He is very involved on this company and he almost promise me a positve result so get to filing, all you have to do is go online and search attorney general of delaware and there is a consumer complaint form you have to print it and fax it over or email. Please do this if you want your money back because we need to stop dreaming because they have no televisions over at digital now.tv. they are just an office that takes calls and our money they never had an inventory over there.

CHARLES MASON SINCE YOU KEEP SAYING WE ARE OUT OF STOCK HOW ABOUT YOU SHOW US AN INVOICE SHOWING HOW MANY TV ARE ORDER, JUST ONE INVOICE FROM 2005 SHOWING SOMETHING, YOU ARE SO GOOD AT PUTTING PEOPLE INFOMATION ONLINE TO PROVE THAT YOU ARE DOING REFUND SHOW US SOMETHING SHOWING THAT THE TV ARE ORDER. I BET YOU CAN'T CAN YOU.
