 My defamation comment was to the post of being gay lol. And I NEVER take all the money upfront. I take a 50% deposit and tge rest due upon completion. Don't listen to something just because someone posted something on a sote. You seem to have way too much time on your hands. Id recommend getting a life lol. That post was from over 2 years ago and I still havent been taken to court bc the post is pure bs and they know it. Small claims filings are public information so if you don't believe me check it out for yourself lol. Ive been doing this for over THREE YEARS now and this is the only complaint. Geeee I wonder whyy lol. Ask the hundred other successful clients I have if Im trash lol. Theyd beg to differ.  This is not defamation. He doesn't make any statement about you or your service which he can't prove to be true and all I read was a consumer point of view regarding his experience with your service. Just a note: every web designer or programmer that I've wver hired in my entire life completely finished my sites BEFORE I ever paid one red cent. Do you know why this is Daniel? It's because they care more about me as a customer than taking my money for half a*s work. A note to the original poster: 1. Take him to small claims court and sue him for time lost in revenue and check out Elance because I found all the best programmers there and that site backs the work of their freelancers so you don't have to deal with trash like this.

Just read this complaint lol. It is clear defamation. Its not even in proper english and who writes about sexual orientations in a business complaint? That just shows how fake this is and it is someone just trying to ruin the business. Ripoff report should be ashamed of themselves for even allowing a post like that on their site. 

All i have to say that danny is not a business man he is such a un proffesonial person!! you have to do all the work for him to create a website for you?? i never heard of that before? he is a faud and liar i would not deal with him..everytime we call he is always in a meeting? lol he wishes he could be a big business man but he cant handle the big boys down in brooklyn haha..plus he is g*** so becareful to guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but i will not ever give him a dollar..please people stay away he really is a con artist..plus he has pending lawsuits that are coming up for him he doesnt even know..but will give him the heads up!! he always wants a check writen out to him and his girlfriend? you need to pay taxes my friend!!! i will call the irs on him as well to tell them what kind of business he is running without paying taxes..so good luck buddy!! hope all the people you ripped off you will have to pay back in court fees!!!! big J*** O**...moron F****!!!

Ive been doing this for almost 2 years now and there is a reason this immature, steroid couple is the only report my company has. Yes its a commercial address. Ok? My office is floor 1 and my house is floor 2. Two different entrances i might add (you cant get to the 2nd floor from the first it is two seperate apartments). Its called keeping overhead low. If all i need for business is a computer why would i rent an office? Do they have an office? No! But these uneducated teenagers would know nothing about that. Thats why they sell steroids. So they went to their cousin who LIED on the paperwork to get approved. I do not lie on my paperwork sorry guys. the only threat that was ever made was from "his cousin who called me saying he'll come to my apartment if need be if they don't get a refund. A refund?! The site was built! You couldnt get approved for selling chemicals. Sorrrrrrry But thats not legal. But what else can i expect from two NJ steroided out kids. its impossible to make everyone happy but look at my track record, they are the only one filed because i do great work.
