On March 20th 2012 purchased a camera for $ 719.00 as soon as we were told it was all in Japanese we cancelled the order. Later. THEY BILLED MY CREDIT CARD FOR $1,851.33 FOR A PURCHASE I NEVER MADE. Total Rip Off Beware. I've called several times was put on hold for an insane amount of time, rude agents rude managers. They offered to cancel the order I never made in the first place, only after they receive the camera next thu apr 5 2012, and then it will take 30 day for me to have a refund. STAY AWAY.
