Place first order with this company and within an hour of placing the order, they had called and said that the item that my son had ordered was not very good and talked us into getting a different camera (higher priced setup) because it was out of stock. He needed it the next week for his school class. We were told it would ship that day and was being packed as we were talking and it had 3 to 5 day shipping.  

We called back a few hour later and couldn't get in touch with anyone. We wanted the first camera instead of the one we were talked into. Phone was never answered by anyone. Called on Tuesday, the next day to see if we could change the order. We could, with a 15% restocking fee because the order had shipped out. After 2 weeks, we still didn't have the order. We finally did get the order. Some much for paying for 3 to 5 day shipping! We should have been able to change the order without paying the restocking fee because the camera had never shipped.

We should have learned, but we didn't .

My son placed an order on a Sunday via Internet for a couple Canon T2's, three canon T3si's, one D5 and one other camera. He called on Monday to confirm the order. No problems were mentioned by the staff and he again had paid for 3 to 5 day delivery. After not getting the order the following Monday, he called on Tuesday to find out the status of the order. All the cameras had been back ordered. This was never mentioned when he called to confirm the order and no email was sent out.

They also mentioned that they could not process the order because we could only order two cameras from them a month. We overcame that hurdle. We placed a couple additional orders for me and my wife. We were promised to have the order in 7 to 9 days because the cameras were going through Customs and they would ship them out to us overnight because of the delay.

After 8 weeks, we still don't have the cameras, my son had to refund the money to the people that had placed the orders with him, and the price of the cameras have gone up, one of them by $500.00, and they will not honor the original price.

The entire time of speaking with them has been nothing more that lip service. No one will take responsibility for helping process the order, getting the product to us and changed the rules or not telling us before placing the order that you can't order more than 2 cameras a month. This ended up costing my son a couple hundred dollars because of the fees he had to pay.

Do not do business with this company. They are a ripoff and don't know anything about business. Too bad! They could have a booming business if they were honest in their dealings with others.
