Craig who owns www.digitalequipmentbrokers.com is a fast smooth talking liar. He comes across as pushy but its actually inducing. Long Story short Craig presented himself as a broker who accepts only commission. He listed our machine for sale, beat us down on price. Then lied to the potential buyers about what was included...lieing about thousands of dollars of options our machine never came with. Sold the machine for an amount that was different then what he told us and kept the difference in commission plus charged us commission...all while acting like he was doing us a favor. Read his website. He offers inspections he says for buyers but he did not offer the buyer of our machine any option to view the machine. This guy lies!! He twist and manipulates just to close a deal and guess what now we can not get ahold of him. The guy is a south florida smooth talker. Once we caught him red handed he said he was broke and couldn't pay us back. The fact is this. When you are dealing with high dollar equipment there needs to be transparency to make sure the machine is transfered and installed properly. Don't risk sending him money. Send the seller money directly and just pay him his commission!! Please stay away from Craig he is very convincing but left both parties high and dry once he got his bank wire. His business is a mail box and was registered in 2013.

WHERE IS THE $30,000 YOU STOLE IN COMMISSION? WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO PAY US BACK? WE DON'T CARE IF YOU MADE IT RIGHT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY OR NOT IT WAS CHEAPER TO PAY THE WHEEL THAT NEEDS LESS GREASE FOR A COUPLE MISSING BOLTS THEN TO PAY US OUR MONEY IS WHY! No one posts fake reports here from our company DEB, LLC. Jim Robinson makes up these false beliefs. Jim Robinson you can pick up the phone if you have the balls to and call Richard Forster at Great White Printing in San Dimas, CA. and find out for yourself that Richard posted that about you once he heard about your Ripoff Report false stunts. Theres no secrets, talk to the customer directly and find out all about this Jim Robinson, Dad's Parts. Jim Robinson talks alot but says nothing. Just trying to cover up his tracks of ripping off parts from the machine that he put on his invoice and then trying to screw the buyer by selling him things that belong to the machine. WTF. The techs and professionals in this industry think Jim Robinson is a fake and a phony and intentionaly likes to screw hard working citizens. Enough said.

Whoever has the fortune to keep on reading this mess just know one thing. Craig has created multiple accounts on here in attempts to defend himself in a diversion tactic. For multiple reasons he is showing up on the first page of google. One of the false reports Craig created was stating they were the buyer in question “Richard” and it’s absolutely NOT the real buyer!! Everything on here that was NOT written by us makes absolute no sense at all and we will pick it apart one by one. Craig is a master at manipulating things to how he wants you to see it NOT HOW IT REALLY IS. It's quasi magical thinking at it's finest. That is part of how he got us and the real buyer distorted twist and turns.

To start back to the beginning we reported Craig first check the time stamps on these reports. Why is that important? Cause if Craig was so upset why didn’t he file a claim first? Cause he is sitting on a stack of our money he was happy until we reported him. In addition to this the fact he has the audacity to slander us after stealing from us is just a sign of how desperate he is to defend himself. See all these post by him and other false parties are not to make someone avoid our company it’s to make himself look good. Like we said it’s his future income or now loss of that’s at stake here for him so he is willing to say and do anything but don’t be fooled by him. Our responses are not to protect us or our reputation our business is just fine. Our responses are so you the potential buyers from him or sellers of equipment through his brokerage company know how this guy really conducts his 1-2 year old startup business.

 The entire dispute is over Craig selling himself as an acting equipment broker in which he would take little commission (%5) but in reality Craig took much more commission close to %50 and somehow we are the bad guys cause we found out? How did he do this? Good question! Cause he approached us as a commission only broker. Which by default would mean it was in his favor to sell it for a maximum price cause he would yield more commission. Since he was commission based we revealed our bottom dollar to him. This of course as everyone knows in sales was confidential internal sale information. He in turn took offers in and then offered us the exact amount we disclosed to him was the least we would take. He kept the entire difference between $33,000 and $65,000 (not %5) which was the sale price to the real buyer in California. That is the truth. Craig and any of his false responses on other accounts won’t mention the $65,000 sale price cause it would admit to viewers just how much he took.

Some other facts to keep in mind when reading his nonsense: The buyer and the machine purchased were both located in California only a two hour drive apart. This buyer is still NOT happy! So how is there all this confusion on what was included and what the buyer Richard received including how unhappy he was? It’s because Craig lied to the buyer about the items functions. If Craig wants to dispute this we are going to post the text messages. Craig would not let Richard the buyer inspect the machine in person. Craig if you say this is false we are posting Richards phone number for people to call!! See Craig didn’t want Richard to see the machine because it was in a secure facility. If Richard and our company came into contact it would mean Craig’s scam would be revealed because Richards company would have to show a valid ID before seeing the machine. Once we discovered Craig had lied to us the only recourse outside of filing a lawsuit was 1 small part to the machine which was in our possession and still is today until Craig pays the balance owed to us.

Keep in mind Adam Craig Sarote works from home flipping digital equipment he never sees or touches and knows little in technical terms. It’s how he lives he told us. So of course he is going to do everything he can to deflect any negative remarks off him onto others. He goes on about all these spare parts confusing you the reader,,,besides it being a lie we did disclose everything 0…WHY DIDN’T YOU OR THE BUYER INSPECT THE MACHINE CRAIG?

He scammed us and the buyer too. We are going to give some more facts to prove our point out cause we NEVER EVER had a contract with Craig which was our fault. Post the contract Craig with your letterhead! You won’t cause there wasn’t one. Have you seen one contract posted from digitalequipmentbrokers.com that has Craigs company letter head or stated commission on it in this forum? Craig has our information and knows what we need from him but he still won’t contact us. He will reply instantly though to these reports cause it’s affecting his bottom line as he is now coming up 1st on google for multiple fraud reports.

Next we will reply to this latest report claiming to be the buyer Richard as if it was real. It’s interesting that the reply “Richard” wrote just so happens to write a nice lengthy defense worded in everyway to paint Craig as trustworthy.

Our Question for you “Richard the buyer”:

1: It seems that the machine didn’t come with what or how you expected it? So why didn’t you go inspect the machine since it was a short 2 hour drive from your business before handing over $65,000 to Craig?

The reason Richard you didn’t inspect the machine was because Craig told you that you couldn’t. It would mean we would come into contact with each other and Craig would be busted. All this complaining  “Richard” and you didn’t inspect the Machine that was 2 hours from your business. Because this response as the buyer “Richard” praising Craig for his after sale efforts IS A COMPLETELY FALSE RESPONSE!!!

To conclude this:

Craig keep making yourself appear as a trustworthy business man. We will just keep on replying and debunking your smoke and mirrors responses left forever on the internet. Your making yourself look more ignorant with each post. You are a jersey transplant used car salesman residing in Miami so leave the real businessmen and women of this world alone. Your scam artist services are not needed!!! go away!!!!!!

I am the buyer in question, who purchased the used Zund through Craig at Digital Equipment Brokers.  I need to set the story straight, and these are the facts as I know them.  I agreed to purchase the Zund for what I considered a fair price, especially considering that it included DEB paying or an installer to fly out, set up the machine, and spend a couple days training us on the machine.  The original ad only specified the KCT (kiss cut tool) to be included, so I inquired with Craig about the other important tools, specifically the drag knife and the router tool.  Without them it would be like buying a boat without a motor.  Craig replied back to me that he had a verbal conversation with the seller confirming that everything I asked for was included.  I later confirmed this with the installation technician who also had a conversation with the seller.  

When the machine arrived it was wrapped in pallet wrap only on a skid, with loose boxes underneath and some falling out.  The diver of the truck even had two loose boxes in his cab.  I could only inspect the machine through the clear shrink wrap and the belt appeared to be in pretty good condition with only a couple obvious cuts.  However, once I unwrapped the pallet wrap the belt fell apart in ribbons.  Craig's technician had to spend hours gluing it back together for us.  The biggest problem was that not a single tool was included in the boxes.  The manuals was there, which included the Universal Cutting Tool, the kiss cut tool AND the router tool.  The machine had the router head installed, just minus the spindle.  I have the router control box, the suction assembly, and everything I need for the router, just not the spindle.  I also received two boxes of drag knife blades, but no cutting tool.  I didn't even receive the KCT tool that was promised in writing in the ad.  

I then received a strange call from Jim Robinson, who claimed to be the seller.  He said he got my name off the shipping documents and looked me up online.  Sketchy.  He asked me if I would be interested in buying any of the tools for my machine, because he had some for sale off "another smaller machine he had in storage."  I informed him that for what I paid for the machine I expected all of those tools to be included.  He asked me what I paid.  I made the mistake of telling him (i was pretty mad by now), and he told me what he claimed to sell it for.  I also told him I don't care who made what on the deal.  

In my humble opinion I think the price he sold it for was fair considering the condition and the fact that Craig had to add on the cost for transportation and the installation/training technician.  But that is between Craig and Jim.  Jim wanted to sell me the "routing tool for $12,000 because a new one would cost $25,000."  That would have been true if the machine was only set up for cutting and needed the whole head assembly.  But I HAVE THE HEAD INSTALLED!!!  It is very obvious to me that the machine was set up for routing, and was only missing the spindle.  Jim then pushed me hard to threaten Craig with legal action to force him to purchase the tools from him for more money.  The situation was crazy.  I left it in the hands or Craig to make it right.

After a couple weeks of waiting Craig did come through for me.  He understood that I had a useless machine without any tools, so he purchased out-of-pocket for all new tools from Zund.  The brand new spindle only cost $6800.00 by the way Jim, and worked perfectly with the already installed head.  In the end, I was very frustrated by the situation caused by the seller, but extremely happy with the results provided by Digital Equipment Brokers.  My Zund is working great.  I only feel badly for Craig as he had to eat into his profits to buy me tooling that should have been included in the first place.  The KCT promised in writing, and to me on the phone by the seller, never arrived.  But the new replacement Craig purchased showed up just fine.   I will gladly buy more equipment through Craig at Digital Equipment Brokers any time.

Heres some more proof that Jim Robinson of Dads Parts LLC, Jim Robeson, James Robinson likes to take money from people than not deliver what he got paid for. Here is a buyer on ebay that got screwed by Jim Robinson. Just go to the search box on ripoff report's website and put the following number to see this complaint, 1203673.

We never said this particular company has been opened 22 years, we ourselves have been in the printing industry for 22 years. Come on Jim Robinson you gotta be able to pick on something better than that huh?

When you dont deliver whats on your invoice and got paid in full for it up front thats illegal on your part Jim Robinson, thats a big problem for you Jim Robinson!

If anyone would like to see the invoice from Jim Robinson just ask, we have it.

Or better yet, just ask our customer Richard at Great White Printing who Jim Robinson also showed his invoice to behind our backs (WTF), the items that were missing from Richard's Zund Machine.

Gotta love the internet, huh?

As Jim Robinson's last threatening words to us were, "Aint Google a B****?"

Illegal? The only thing here illegal is that Jim Robinson James Robinson Dads Parts LLC or what ever he goes by put on our invoice KCT TOOL Insert. Well it never showed up with the Zund machine and Jim Robinson had our customer Richard at Great White Printing very upset as well as the Tech who also agreed it was hijacked and was obviously pulled off the machine by Jim Robinsons authority. Not to mention the owners manual that Richard at Great White received clearly shows that the tools belong to the Zund machine. The tech felt horrible becuase he was the guy who initially told us about Jim Robinsons Zund machine and told us that all the tools were included as a package just like Jim Robinson had told the tech originally. And by the way Richard at Great White Printing is fine with our company and we speak to him on a regular basis. Gotta love how Jim Robinson goes behinds everyones back, makes calls, phony posts, etc. and speaks for Richard at Great White Printing who never gave Jim Robinson any permission to do so. Then Jim Robinson posts today that he felt it is ok to hold the KCT TOOL Insert back and leave our customer Great White Printing in the dark? Very nice Jim Robinson. WTF? Jim Robinson also contacted us and threatened us to give him $9,500 for the tools that were high jacked from the Zund machine and that belong with it, WTF? Threatening us, our family, our business, etc. Also threatening us that his good buddy is an attorney in Florida. And Jim now claims there is another Zund surfacing that he has? Thats real interesting cause maybe the parts that were stolen from Great White's machine went to Jim Robinson's other machine?

Jim Robinson constantly complained to us that Global Garage was no good and could not assist him originally with the selling of his Zund Machine and that they were the worst, etc. Maybe Global Garage was smart and did not want to do business with Jim Robinson and figured out what kind of character he truly is.?

Slander? WTF? Jim Robinson goes on the internet with all of these lies to try and hurt our company then does not like when we surface with the truth and the facts. Oh we forgot, Jim Robinson is the King and no one can respond to his false statements, not really.

Also come to find out that Jim Robinson was calling plenty of techs, etc. in the industry at the time of our dealings to find out what the tooling was worth on our customers Zund Machine for him to sell. WTF? He had also mentioned and threatened us as well that he was looking around to see what he could get for these tools. WTF? Unreal!

Our legal counsel that we consulted with after Jim Robinson threatened us with his attorney buddy in Florida is very curious to know why the things that were paid for on the invoice were not delivered with the machine to our customer? This will turn into a big problem for Jim Robinson. We suggest Jim Robinson finish the deal and send Great White Printing what is due them immediately.
