It is now 9/14, I am losing revenue! Internet

 In Feb., 2016, Daniel@digitalfusionseo.com answered my query for a website builder and Facebook marketing specialist. He then said, after a long time with no communication that he was moving to London and his new email address was Daniel@Studio24group.co.uk. He started, but did not complete www.recoveryinspirations.com. He said he was having personal problems. He then assigned another person to work on my 2nd website, shoulditakevitamins.com to nicole@studio24group.co.uk. She, also did not communicate with me. I wrote to "dannymolapo@gmail.com". He said he fired Nicole because she did nothing with my account! September is recovery month and I lost revenue because my site is not completed and Daniel Molapo is not answering my many many emails. The last I heard from him was 8/22 when he said he would personally work on my projects. Haven't heard from him. I paid $1,050 via PayPal and filed a resolution claim but Daniel emailed me and asked me to close them; that he would work on my projects. I believed him, closed the disputes. and as it turns out one can only file one dispute - if it is closed, PayPal will not take further action. I'm on disability and hoped my websites would subsidize my SSD pymts. It has been 7.5 months that I have been dealing with this guy who said my projects were "easy." He ripped me off!
