DIGITALNERDS Bought camera in stock didn't buy high priced attachments order confirmed order canceled!! Internet

To Whom It May Concern:

I just purchased, or I thought I did, a Canon G9 digital camera from Digitalnerds today 10/25/2007 for $319. They had it in stock according to their website. I placed the order.

A few minutes later I received a call from them asking if I'd like to buy some additional attachments for the camera. I said no. They said the camera will be shipped out.

Then I got several e-mails asking to call them to confirm the order; contact Steve x202. The first e-mail was a confirmation for the order. "Your order has been received. Please call us within 24 hours at 800-958-0054 to confirm your order, so we may have it shipped out to
you as soon as possible." I did this and the person I spoke to said the order has been confirmed from them calling me.

Then when I read the last e-mail from them, it said:

"Due to the product you ordered being out of stock for 6-8 weeks from today's date. We have cancelled the order. When or if we get the product again in stock soon will send you an email to place an order please do not resubmit your order again. Sorry again and thanks for your understanding."

When I went back to their website about 5 minutes later, they dropped the price to $305 and said it was it stock.

I'd like to know where they are located, they didn't tell me, so I can file a complaint with the BBB and their State Attorney General's Office.

My personal recommendation: DO NOT ORDER FROM DIGITALNERDS.
