Digitalnow.tv ripoff Wilmington Delaware

I filed a report back in August since that time I spoke with Mr. Mason and a refund was requested on 08/18/2005 they said it would take 7 to 14 days as of 09/16/2005 I still do not have my money back. I also contacted The Delaware BBB and was told that the Delaware Attorney General was also looking into this business and it's failure to deliver what is promised.

So if anyone out there has not filed a complaint with the BBB of Delaware you need to do so ASAP. It is no surprise to me that I got niether a TV or my down payment back as these people are truly rip-off, scam artist and most of all scumbags. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY as all you will recieve is grief.
