I placed an order via internet @digitalnow.tv in July. They deducted $149.00 for a 46 inch flat screen - I received some documents to return, which I did but I have never received the merchandise. First they said the reponse was overwhelming and the manufacturer could not keep up with the demand, they @ first allowed you the opportunity to put in for a refund, which I did, to no avail.
Now the website is down and all the calls for all department go to ext. 704 but noone calls back. Does anyone know where this company is located, where they sent their paperwork(address, I cannot locate my copy). We need to file a police report for the individual. If anyone has information please contact me through the rebuttal key.
Thank You.

This is the exact kind of thing that the internet is famous for!
A crook comes on and offers 2,000 suckers a phony TV for an unheard-of low price. Nobody ever gets the TV, and the crooks wind up with a free $300,000. Then, they turn right around and do ten more sites just like that.
My god, people!
You would have been better off to make paper airplanes with your cash and fly then out the window as you drove to work. As you can see, these TV frauds give you absolutely NOTHING in return.
This is the exact same thing that goes on day and night on the internet. If it's not a free laptop, then it's sign up and pay $40 to make money taking free surveys. Or, maybe it's a guaranteed, million-dollar, no-fail business opportunity.
Whatever. If it comes off the internet, there is at least a 50% chance of some kind of fraud involved.
These victims are done. Money gone, never to be seen again. Crooks laughing all the way to the titty bar.
But, for you, the new reader, please see what happens when you get involved in this kind of thing. You never get the TV. No way! Not a chance in hell.
You never lose any weight from the fake diet pills, either. You never make any money from the business opportunity scam. Trust me, no good ever comes from something you send for from the internet.
So, do yourself a favor. Make paper airplanes with your money if you have to. But, do NOT send for something that you found on the internet. I don't care how good the deal is. Or, how tempting the offer sounds. It is a SCAM!
You reject every deal you find on the internet. I don't care what the offer is for. I would sooner put my head in a vise and crank down the handle until I heard the bone snapping before I'd even think of sending for anything that came from the internet. I'm not about to throw my hard-earned money away on some half-assed scam.
These crooks spend hours thinking up all kinds of convincing stories. They make the deal sound so real. That's absolutely why you automatically dismiss every deal. When you never send for anything, you don't have to worry about sorting out the scams from the real deals. Just be on the safe side and avoid the whole d**n thing!
If you get involved, you will lose, just like these people did.
And, I'll be right here to tell you that I told you so!
The only possible exception I would make is the revenge guide that is sold by this site. If you don't take my advice and you send a lot of money to some internet crook, there is a chance that the revenge guide may help you to recover some or all of the money. But, that is the only thing that I'd recommend buying. Out of the whole d**n internet! The only honest deal that offers you what they claim.
Oh, and don't buy anything if someone calls you on the phone either. That's another avenue for crooks to get to you. In fact, you shouldn't even have a phone to begin with. I don't. So many scams start with innocent phone calls out of the blue.
I know what you're thinking. This wacko nut case doesn't trust anybody. That's right. And, by doing that, I have never lost one red cent to fraud. Now, tell me, who's the nut case? Me, or the dreamer who believes in the TV fairy?

This is a major scam, I also filed a report and believe they may not just be scamming us out of our $$$$!!
My wife and I filled out papaer work that was sent to us to make monthly payment that had our personal info on it.
When we figured out that this was a scam we checked the address that our paper work was sent to im Saint Jjoseph Missouri and found it to be just a post office box. They claimed that is where the finance division of the company is and there is no such place.

DigitalNow.TV noone answers the phone and the web site is down

My down payment of $149.00 was deducted from my bank account July 2, 2005. My scheduled delivery date was July 21, 2005. It was then pushed back to the end of July. I called the number for the company and was told by a live person that they were having problems with the distributor keeping up with the demand but that I would receive a call when it would be delivered. Now when you call all of the departments go to one extension, noone answers the phone and the web site is down.
