We are exposing the truth on a Silicon Valley / India App development scam.  This is a group of modern day rip off artist operating their scams in technology of developing Apps, Websites and any programming.  Operating under the name Diligent Mobile, Inc., Ish Sharma and Subhash Kapur located in the San Francisco, Bay Area. 

Our company was in need of developing an App.  We had two App developers on staff already but needed help to move faster.  To speed up our progress we decided to add more developers.  We were contacted by Ishwar Sharma by email to set up a meeting and help us develop our App.  Ishwar Sharma didn't know our 2 App developers. They were on our payroll and are very experienced software developers.  

The scam begins with Ishwar Sharma and then gets turned over to his partner Subhash Kapur.  Ishwar Sharma is the person who locates the work and decides  who to scam.  Subhash Kapur gets involved on conference calls to validate their company.   He lies to the clients and makes the business seem more professional.  

This group will ask you for a downpayment of money  to create a "Wire-frame" to show how your App will look.  They will also say they have partners in India who assist them.  

This is where the scam starts.  They ask you to provide your artwork and logos or (any information you can) and they add it to an exisiting wire-frame.  We never requested them to create a wire-frame.  Our company developers had already designed one which we were using as our blueprint.  

This group will take your money and give you nothing you asked for in return.  We lost over $3,600.00 in total expenses dealing with this group.  We paid to travel to Silicon Valley to cover our flights, hotel and local transportation.  

We issued a check to Diligent Mobile, Inc., for $600.00 to start work on our App.  The work we needed was never agreed upon.  We requested a refund of the  $600.00 on day 3 and made it very clear we didn't want to move forward.  

Ishwar Sharma and Subhash Kapur will not take or return our phone calls or emails nor have they returned our downpayment as we requested many times.  

As a conclusion, they have provided nothing to help our business move forward.  

After we were scammed, we found additional complaints online posted from their other clients on Yelp who were scammed by Diligent Mobile, Inc. and their associates.
