Dillards Dept. Store Was fired for not dealing with an ABUSIVE customer properly, and I was on the housekeeping staff for 3 years with NO issues... Douglasville, Georgia

Thought I found a good job 3 years ago, decent pay, medical insur, vacation time. Yea, right , was good for awhile then slowly my hours were getting less & less, they changed my hours to work every day, asked me to come in on my scheduled days off, asked me to work every weekend. Then a New Assistant manager came. She treats all the employees like scum. Snoops around the store, just looking for things to find wrong. Jumps sales people for not making enough sales, they say no one is buying she says do whatever it takes to get them to spend. This is a mall we are talking about, other anchor stores to compete with. But I did dock & housekeeping already a low class employee, scrubbing toilets and cleaning crap off the floors. I was let go last week for not responding properly to a rude, foul mouthed customer, where is that my job to deal with this? I was expected to stand there and take this abuse. Sorry, but enough is enough. This assistant manager told two of my fellow employees, that he was to fat, and she was to old to work there. Nice huh? But what do you expect from a part time maybe $200.00 a week take home job. Also, I never took all my vacation days I had, and am sure I won't be able to get unemployment, since they stated I violated company policy. Oh , by the way the guy she told was fat was also let go. I guess being overweight is also breaking the company policy. Or more like last hired first fired. Can't wait to see how Dillards sales look after Christmas this year,lol, good luck.
