My name is Greg Dillon, owner of Dillon Custom Homes. 

Howard and Courtney Kirk do not work for Dillon Custom Homes.  They have not had anything to do with Dillon Custom Homes in over a year and a half.  They were employed for a very short time.

 I was an employee at Dimension  Builders, where Howard Kirk was the owner  I left the company over 2 years before they closed the doors to start my own company.  I ran the construction department for Dimension and at no time had anything to do with setting up budgets, determining pricing, or writing/signing any checks to subcontractors or vendors.  At no time did I have any visibility  into the financials of Dimension Builders.. 

 This report is the only negative report that mentions Dillon Custom Homes or Greg Dillon.  I made the worst business decision when I decided to hire Howard and Courtney Kirk.  I got duped like many homeowners, vendors , and subcontractors.  The many reports on the internet are accurate about Howard Kirk. 

 Howard and Courtney Kirk were fired over a year and a half ago for multiple reasons.  I had to file multiple police reports because of continued harassment by Howard Kirk to me and my family.   The reports are on file in Travis and Williamson Co. 

 I will forever regret having Howard and Courtney Kirk involved with my company at any level.

Just wanted to say I agree with everything you have said!!! None of them should be trusted but espically Howard and Courtney Kirk.

My family was also a victim of Howard Kirk as were many others.  Our house was left half done and none of the vendors or subcontractors were paid.  Over $160,000 was withdrawn from our construction loan.  Each time he submitted the request for the money he supplied the bank with an all bills paid affidavit with his signature stating all previous vendors and subcontractors had been paid.  What kind of person does that?

It took our life savings and 8 months of hell to go through all the processes to have the many liens removed from our house so we could resume construction.  That was several years ago and we are still are trying to recover financially from the devastation he caused.  Apparently he still works in the construction industry as the previous writer states which is unbeleiveable to alot of people.

I was just told today by an HOA officer that Howard Kirk bought a lot in my neighborhood and will be building a home down the street from me soon.  Seems strange he would want to do that knowing his reputation preceeds him, especially in this area.
