I made two orders (one for lingerie and shoes) on 9-02-08 and have not received my items that I have already been charged for and I needed them by 9-13-08 for a photo shoot. I called the 866# and I was told that I would receive them no later than 9-10-08. To date,09-11-08 I still have not received the shipment. I would like someone to call me back and let me know what is going on and fix this issue.

Mr. and Mrs. Rawley,
I have called everyday for the last week and a half and I have not received my shipment nor has my account been credited back the money owed to me as of today. I have spoke with Kim several times and I want my money on my account and I want the order actually shipped to me. I want someone to call me with an actual tracking number and I want to see my money pending to post on my account no later than tommorrow. I have never dealt with a company that can not provide these simple answers...all I get everyday is my system is down and call me back. I really do not want this to turn into a legal dispute. Please just be responsible and handle this matter professionally. I would like someone from this business to contact me with the answers I need in the morning.

Yes our systems have been down we are reshipping them out today and are going to credit you back for the shipping on both. You will see the credit back on your card in the next 2 to 4 day. I will send you a tracking # and a credit notices when my systems are up latter today.

Still no credit to my account for the refund and Kim Rawley hung up on me and said she was trying to be nice and give me the stuff I ordered and a refund. She stated she was going to cancel my order after saying they would ship it no charge to me for free due to all the trouble. Also that I was not going to receive any items promised at no charge and that she didn't need my money. Although Dim Out has not given me a refund or the items promised.

Dear consumers,
On 9-18-08 I was credited back all of my money after posting this alert but still no word as to whether they will keep their promise and ship the original order free of charge. We shall see.....the president sent me this message:
Hello,
I seen you post on rip off report.
Our systems WHERE down and you have been credited. We sent BOTH credits through yesterday afternoon when our systems where back-up.
As far as receiving the items free. I have not talked to her about it yet but I do know she would NEVER hang up on a customer. It is just not something we do.
Anyway I just wanted you to know you where credited and YES we did make a mistake but all should be fine now.

Yes,
She most certainly did hang up on me and I even gave her the benefit of the doubt and called back immediately and asked what happen with the phone lines and asked "Did we get disconnected due to the system?' She replied "No, I hung up on you" and "then I explained that was really unprofessional and I wanted my money back." I also have witnesses to this conversation. I would hope this matter is taken care of soon and everything is received that was promised. I do have a legal degree. I know my rights.
