Dr. Jeffrey Dimick is engaging in false contractual employment with marketing firms and independent contractors throughout central Indiana, Indianapolis and Anderson.

He contracts to pay for marketing and advertising to Personal Injury patients and refuses to pay for performance of contract and the fulfillment of bringing clientele for treatment.

He contracts with Personal Injury Attorneys who are doing direct advertising to Personal Injury patients.

I would warn any prospective marketing company to stay clear of this individual as he is currently losing his Shadeland Avenue office in Indianapolis and was forced to shut down his Anderson, IN office.

He refuses to perform non Personal Injury treatment upon any patient that is seeking pain relief, and turns away patients who are covered by their insurance and med pay.

He will take your Personal Injury clients who you market to, will contact them to reschedule appointments, and not pay you for performance of setting up the client and securing them as a patient for him, or a client for an attorney.

This is an employment scam to avoid paying for the performance of marketing and advertising to injured accident victims, and he also uses an in house, attorney marketing firm now in Indiana which is illegal.

Avoid loss of labor, loss of due commissions and loss of wages with this employer at all cost.

FALSE RIPOFF REPORT!

AUTHOR: sdparker - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 12, 2016

I have been going to Dimick Family Chiropractic for nearly 2 years now and it was never based on any rehabilitation. Therefore the claim for the refusal of service for the "non Personal Injury treatment" is a false accusation on my account. I know Dr. Dimick to be a Good chiropractor and an upstanding man! I highly doubt this article is true!

Facts not True in this Complaint

AUTHOR: Person prior to MarketingScam13 - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, March 07, 2016

I am a past employee of Dr. Jeffrey Dimick who worked with him specifically on this position. Dr. Dimick was truthful and factual about the position, what the position required, and the work involved. As indicated in his contract with me, there was a minimum number of visits (three) for each client to receive payment. Dr. Dimick also required a notice of representation by a lawyer by the client in order for me to be paid. Dr. Dimick ALWAYS paid me timely and the amount agreed when the three visits occured and the notice of representation was provided to him.

Dr. Dimick does not have an "in house" lawyer, and patients receive a sheet with several attorney's listed. To my knowledge, there are six lawyers around that handle this type of matter, and he does not have any paid by him nor do any provide him any benefit for referring clients.

I personally have not seen Dr. Dimick ever turn down anyone unless there was a medical reason (ie-no x-rays). This includes where he has seen people who he knew where he would not be paid for the work because the treatment was medically necessary and the person needed help. If individuals are covered by insurance, he has no problem with working with them and is one of the few people who take insurance as a payment as a chiropracter.

The facts presented in the complaint are not factual, and are out right lies in order to defame someone who is truthful and does uphold his contracts with marketing people. The work marketing to chiropractic clients is difficult, often requires several visits, and it is work. I suspect the individual who wrote the above complaint thought the "work" would be easy and not require the effort that it does.

Dr. Dimick still has an office in Indianapolis, moved down the road where his office was closer to the MD's office who provides medical imaging and services only available through a medical doctor. I should note that they both were in the same facility and both moved within months of one another to the new location. As for the Anderson business location, compared to the work at the Indianapolis office, it was a simple business decision to focus on patients in Indianapolis rather than to split his time between the two locations. Dr. Dimick did not "lose" his office on Shadeland Ave, and was not "forced to shutdown" his Anderson office.

As I have indicated, this complaint on August 12, 2013, to Ripoff Report is not factual. If there was not a way to be anonymous on Ripoff report, then I am sure that the individual would be held accountable for these lies. I hope this provides the true facts, and not made up complaints about Dr. Dimick. As I indicated earlier, he has always been upfront, honest, and paid for all the marketing services that he has purchased from me when all of the requirements have been met. I was even paid a bonus one year for exceeding expectations one year.

This has been our experience as patients as well

We are two patients that he refused to see in August of 2013. Dr. Dimick saw us for office visits and we agreed to see him for at least three visits, be referred to a physician and be referred to an attorney for our injuries.

He then refused to see us as his patient, to help us legally and to refer us for the help he had promised.

We feel that we have been defrauded by this man and that he was attempting to defraud us out of an insurance settlement.
