Subject: Continually Ignored and Unresolved Order

We placed an order on Monday, July 23, 2007 at 12:54 EDT. The order was for 2 " Skull Platform Kicker-22. We had the amount of $41.63 (including shipping) charged to our Visa card. Our order reference number is: dimout-shoes-17319. The order was in the name of Stacie xxxxxxx to be shipped to xxxxxxxx

THIS IS OUR 5TH ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM WITH YOU.

We have continually tried calling, and we only get a voicemail that says to not leave a message. We have submitted 4 trouble tickets online, and we have received emails from Kim Rawley saying that the problem would be looked into. Then, we receive no further correspondence and the trouble ticket disappears from the system.

You took our money, and gave us nothing in return. You have refused to help resolve the problem. Is it common practice to steal from your customers?

We want the shoes in size 9 or our money fully refunded.

OK so its july 4th have you got your shoes yet or anything. i just ordered my shoes last week and i wish i would have checked them out before i ordered. but i saw a review on one the shoes and lady was like "the shoes hurt but good luck to yall who want to wear them" so i thought it was legit. out of the 4 people including you 2 have said they either got their money back or got their shoes. So i dont know but i know if they don't send me my shoes i will be reporting them to ic3 and that's for sure. That would be 50 dollars down the drain. Thanks for you report
