DIP Publishing Argus Stole my money and continues to sell my book without giving mr rotalties Atlanta Georgia

DIP publishing contacted me in August 2011 about a book I was writing. They were interested in publishing my book.  I had to get 10 individuals to pay $20 each to show there would be interest in my book.  The original publishing date promised was in May 2012. The publishing date was pushed back time after time and the E book was finally published in June 2013. I was told that a minimum of 100 E books must be sold before it would be published in the actual book format for book stores. I have no way of knowing how many E books have been purchased but I have not received any royalties from my book. Now the main phone number for DIP publishing has been disconnected.

I am a young man suffering from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a deadly disease. My plan for this book was to donate part of the proceeds to the Muscular Dystrophy Association to aid in the research for a cure.  MDA has shown a great interest in my book and has been anxiously awaiting the finished product.

What Argus has done to me is sickening!  I want to get my book published even if I have to do it myself.
