diploma company both diploma's have the same signatures on them Texas

I purchased two diploma's from this company the first one was a mechanical engineering degree. I requested that they sign with the original signature's from the University i attended. Which they did, I assumed they knew the signatures to the original people who endorsed the diploma. Last week I ordered yet another diploma this time I ordered my highschool diploma. I received my highschool diploma yesterday and I noticed that the degree diploma and my highschool diploma have the same signatures. I've reached out to them about their mess up. And how they can make it right , but no response I even called them and explain to them about there mess up and how to make it right. But they hung up on me. This company is a complete sham I spent a lot of money and this is what i got. Consumer beware,
