Dipzilla Very unsatisfactory work Gray LOUISIANA

 Very bad experience, brand new company wanting to get feet on the ground. I feel if they couldn't provide the service or my project was a learn as I go project that it should have cost as such. My project started as a vision but to get something going I settled for a lesser design than originally envisioned. All was good until I received pictures of a final product before being sealed with a clear coat. In which I asked for the proceedings to stop. They stopped there I went in to see my project and was thoroughly disgusted with the negligence and no attention to detail with my project.

My piece had overspray in multiple places and also paint smudges where paint shouldn't have been. Calm was kept as I assessed the damages, the employee stated he even admitted that it didn't come out very well. Do courteously I asked what do I owe thinking there would be no further charges due to the condition my project was in. I WAS STILL charged full price for a completed project!!!! Mind you not all product was used and that I'm sure will be use on the next project!!!! So long story short I would not recommend this business based on a BAD Customer service experience and poor craftsmanship
