Direct Alliance Corporation Direct Alliance Corp. Racial Discrimination Wrongful Termination Retaliation Contract Fraud Corporate Fraud Fraud in the Inducement Arbitration Fraud Securities Fraud Tempe, Arizona

My legal issue is as follows:

I am a victim of workplace harassment, racial discrimination, and wrongful termination by retaliation.

Now, through litigation, I have been compelled to arbitrate the matter; and the Federal District Court case is stayed until the completion of the arbitration.  However, the Arbitration Agreement is illegal.

The issue at hand:  Fraud

Through further investigation of the Arbitration Agreement, I have found that the company in question (A) has compelled arbitration under their legal corporate name in the Federal District Court; but is now proceeding through the arbitration under an illegal and Non-existent Corporate Personality (B). The fraudulent company name (B) is deceptively similar to the legal name (A) and is pronounced on the arbitration clause (which is a contract within a contract).  In the Federal District Court Corporate Disclosure Statement, this illegal company (B) was never mentioned.  Consequently, the Federal Court compelled arbitration in these matters with mandatory reports due monthly.

My Contention:

Company (A) has threatened to take away my 7th Amendment Rights by fraud and misrepresentation by proceeding through arbitration under the illegal and deceptively similar name of a Non-existent Corporate Entity in violation of an Act of Congress Federal Arbitration Act.  This Company has invoked and Act of Congress; namely the Federal Arbitration Act illegally.  This is fraud.  This contention is outside of the scope of the Arbitration Agreement, and I would like to bring a Fraud Complaint against this company.

Further Chicanery:

Company (A) has now used the Colorado Secretary of State to Incorporate and Dissolve a Corporate name (Incorporated
and Dissolved within 8 minutes) that will coincide with their illegal Arbitration Agreement ;  and has done so by fraud to circumvent the liability of their illegal business practices.

This company is duping every one of their employees into a fraudulent Arbitration Agreement, one that has an unconscionable end result; and this is illegal pursuant to AZ Rev Stat 47-2302 and the Federal Arbitration Act U.S.C. 9 Section 2.  This company is duping the public under the color of State Law and Federal Law.  They have violated Public Policy and Duty of Care. Public Policy and Duty of Care are to be maintained to conduct business in the State of Arizona.  Their current and former employees need to know the truth, or they will never be able to get justice in the event that a dispute arises out of their employment.

Remedies:

I would like the company to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law with regard to Civil Rights Violations, Contract Formation Fraud, Fraud in the inducement of an Arbitration Clause/Contract, Corporate Conspiracy, etc... 

I believe that this Corporation should be made to pay damages in the form Compensatory and Punitive damages for violating Public Policy in such a brazen way.
