 I called to cancle my "free trial" of this product. I had used it for 5 days and gained 9 bls. At first I was told (by Elenor) that was impossible and I must be making it up becuase it is just so unbelievable. The woman was rude with me when I informed that I was not going to pay the return shipping for a product that didn't work. She told me I would then be charged the full price. I asked to speak with her manager and she told me "No." Shortly after that, she transferred me to her manager.

This man (Cory?) was even more rude than the lady before. I explained that I would be reporting them to the BBB and he laughed and asked if I even knew what that was. Told me that all they had to do was pay a little bit of money to get the report taken off the BBB's website. And that it would do me no good. Told me my only two options were paying for it or paying for the return shipping. He then told me that I only had to send the unopened bottle, not both. Which has me wondering again, is he even a manager?

People like this need to be service people, not rude, only making  money any way they can. How can this be ok? I tried their product, was willing to pay the $7.95 to get it, but why, when it doesn't work, do I have to pay to send it back also? Makes no sense to me. What can be done?

I will admit I got pretty fed up with them and was rude also, but this is complete and utter scamming. I will now have to pay for return shipping of a product that doesn't work. So in total, I have just thrown away $13.95 of my hard earned money. Well I guess I bought those 9 extra pounds I was trying to loose. :)

Do not ever get involved with this company! They only care about the dollar and not about their products or the way they treat people.

This analogy of returning something to a store is not relevant. I did not want a refund. It was a free trial. I simply didnt want to be charged in the future. And when i was signing up, the only option was an automated teller that did not offer much help. I listened very carefully, to all 13 seconds of it. Doesnt offer a lot of explanation. Just the basics. Free trial and if you are not happy, cancel at any time. So i cancelled. In essence, i had to pay to cancel. Just not a sound company judging by the amount of complaints i have found after posting to this site. Care more about your customers.

If you are participating in a risk free trial and refuse to return the product based on the fact that you thought it was free, how do you feel that you are in the right. Nothing is free. Thats just common sense. If i was you I would pay closer attention what you are signing up for. It is not up to a company to change thier policies because you neglected to to pay attention to what you were buying . Its also pretty obvious that a company will not refund you if you are refusing to give them a product back. For instance, If I went into Walmart and told them i wanted a refund for a product because i dindt think it was so expensive but didnt have the product to give back  I most likely will not get a refund.
