The frist week of logging on we had difficulty so I call no one answer we had to drive back to the place for them to fix the problem, which was an error with the membership. when we finally sign on the pictures were so small you could hardly see anything and the ones you click on is not whats discribe in the text.The only way to see products is if you go to there nearest center, which is mostly located where there is no public transportation. just like the previouse writer when you call there is no one to help. If you are like me and you do not have a car it is hard to keep going back.

When my husband lost his job and I was on maternity leave, it only left us with half of an income; so I call Beta Finance on numerious occasion to see if there was some way to work out us coming out of the contract without having to pay for the full agreement just the capital not the interest and the late payment. they refuse to they said they do not make adjustments even though I am not using there service and they will send the case to a third party.

Now I have been reading some of the comments made about this company and people have to understand that we were not dealing with the same people and not all of the sales rep. went into great details I actualy fine out more after the deal was made.
