Im not surprised! That kid has ruined so many lives he would throw his own mother under the bus just to save his own a*s! Please if anybody reads this do not trust JOSH CHURNEY. Dealing with him would be like making a deal with the devil, hes just a dried up old shell of what used to be a human being. Now only black blood pumps through those veins, lies and deceit are the only thing he eats, breathes and sleeps.
To TEMPE, AZ you said in your report I have requested in writing and by phone that we want our money refunded that the $1344.80 was suppose to be held until the contact was over they processed it electronically the day they got it! That is when we knew that something was wrong. Well when people like josh are as guilty as Hitler was, they take advantage of ones trust when they find themselves in hot water and cheat the innocent telling them lies to get them (Exp. Co-workers, significant others) to go to bat for him even though case after case josh for example notoriously distorts the truth to make himself look like anybody except him were in the wrong. If only they knew what kind of person Josh really is, if only they knew how many people who worked so hard and saved only to have lost their homes, been evicted from their apartments and go hungry and cold some nights because they have no money to pay for their heat and satisfy their stomachs because of his greed to fuel his addiction.
So many lies and too many broken promises, how can he bare to look in the mirror every day and not cringe at the fact he has a very sick soul? Diseased in so many ways, He has no remorse and no intention to pay restitution even though in the past he had been saved (by friends that would of taken a bullet for him), from being shipped off only to run and hide like a coward waiting for the next unsuspecting victim to pounce on and drain their will to live, laughing because he thinks peoples lives are a big joke.
Just listen to his voice mail, He sounds like a used car salesman who hit the wall from too many benders in his day! Thats the first of many red flags!!! Where the hell did his parents go wrong??? Im sure they are clueless how badly Josh needs to be broken down, re-wired and taught what the true meaning of Integrity is...
I cant believe a respectable company like DCC hires trash like Josh! With so many scandals these days going on in the world, you would think they would do a better job taking out the garbage, because thats where people like him belongin the non-recyclables!
When judgment day comes and he is standing there in front of the good Lord, trembling in fear and Facing his maker of all the people he tricked, cheated, backstabbed, stole from and lied to finally will rise and be jury to no more of his lies, only justice, peace and guilty cries

Paul I think you misunderstood my statement; first off, the first amendment sais I have the freedom to write what I want, as long as it has no threatening messages ect... Second, this is not defamatory or slander because its the truth, and we are by no means bashing DCC, in fact we are trying to preserve the name and protect what it consists of. I know of a few co-workers who use your financial services and they are extremely happy with your company. In fact everybody I know that uses you is satisfied to the fullest. I am only agreeing with TEMPE, AZ in the fact Josh and only Josh did not create a positive experience and added more speculation to a customer who obviously was nervous to go forward with a company they were not used to using financially speaking. It is important for you and all of the readers to know DCC has nothing to do with Joshs shady antics.
It's not fair after 18 years of successful business for one person to come along and taint all of the hard work that was built by dedication to provide solid, respectable and superb customer relations. There for we are exposing the type of person he really is, because it wouldnt be fair to anybody if we didnt. Believe me there are many others who feel exactly the same way but have just sat back and let it happen until now.
Josh needs to realize you cannot treat people in life this way, its inhuman, and he has been given many opportunities to come correct but has chosen to take the easy way out. I regret DCC was unfortunately caught in the middle of this, but again it has nothing to do with the company besides the fact he was involved with a customer who YOU (a honest and respectable DCC employee) had to take care of because his SOP is getting others involved with his self- made problems (where they have no clue what the truth is) or to just simply run from them.
Josh brought this on himself, we never wanted to go to these extremes but he has left us no choice. It sais alot about a employer who goes to bat for his employee, its no doubt Paul (and DCC) you are people of integrity. But wasting your energy protecting this certain kind of person isn't right. I know if the tides were turned he sure as hell wouldn't return the favor. He is a lying, conniving, deceitful, manipulative, selfish, cold hearted person. Our hopes are to others that know or meet him (including Employers) will use caution because speaking for all of us who has witnessed his wrath, refuse to be taken advantage of EVER again...

Obviously this is a personal attack against an employee of Direct Capital and anyone who reads this can see this as such. I'm sorry you feel the way you feel about Josh but I would strongly recommend you remove this posting before any additional unwarranted harm is done to Josh. Should you fail to do so, action will be taken, through appropriate channels, to ascertain your identity, at which point you could be held liable in slander for your defamatory posting
