I somehow managed to get tricked by this company twice.. I guess I didn't recognize it when I ordered from them again, since the first instance was two years ago. I swear I don't remember seeing on their website anything about them sending a substitute in the event that the prescription is not approved by your doctor. Though now looking back at the website, I see if you click on the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page, you will see where it instructs you to mail your prescription to them. Now, seriously, who is going to click every link on the page before going through with placing an order? I currently have my second purchase with them under dispute with my credit card company... I sent the pills back to them and they accepted the package. I was lucky and got a successful resolution to my dispute with a similar case involving a company that does the same thing to unsuspecting customers. I know it's a risk we take in ordering from them, but is there not anything that we can do that will scare them into giving our money back without going through multiple disputes over several months?
