May 1,2018... I get a call from a loyal store asking me did I know that someone was using my card. I said no... He had by then drained all my money off my card... First thing next morning I am at police dept reporting that my card was taken and by who... Before I even contacted direct Exspress . Knowing it was going to be hell dealing with them.... I thought having this done on my end would be...a closed case... So. May 2nd I called direct Exspress getting that dam recording I redailed for hours.. got thru finally at midnight.. .I reported all needed and was told I did good and it will be ok...I informed them I needed to get it all done.. well I pressed charges on the guy who took my and police found others cards and ID'S ALONG WITH MINE, HE'S IN CUSTODY AND I'VE PRESSED CHARGES,,, I'm battling cancer I'm stage four blood cancer... It's may 15.18 and direct exspress level two has made me homeless on a open and closed case... And I want to unite In this civil lawsuits against them. . I really need someone help to get this done today please
