I ordered a Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC) from this company, which was supposedly on sale. I asked how much extra batteries were, as the POC came with only one battery. I was quoated $138 per additional battery. I went ahead and ordered 5 additional batteries, which the ordering lady confirmed as $690. However, when the items were delivered, there were only 4 additional batteries and I also noticed that the invoice indicated only indicated 4 batteries. I called this morning and I was told that the lady who spoke to me made a mistake. I was told to go back to their website and see that their batteries are sold in bundles and, as such, the 5 bundle option that I chose during checkout included the battery that already came with the system. Accordingly, what I actually ordered was for 4 additional batteries and not 5 and I was asked to pay $250 for one additional battery. The argument was simply astonishing and, for a moment, I thought that I was hearing voices in my head. I told them that when the price was quoted to me, it was for per battery and not based on bundles. Moreover, the sale was strictly a telephone call in sale and not online. So, the lady who took my call did not tell me that she was charging me for batteries that already came with the system.

Clearly, this company found a way to make up for some of the claimed discount and I will advise any one doing business with this company to verify your order in writing before you part with your had earned money.
