This Co stateted that they will help me get my crdit stablish again after a BK I had 4 years ago. At first they offered me a $2000.00 Credit Limit of whitch I use $1940.00 the initial interes rate was 19.0% the montly paymets were over $120.00 a month. Now this people do not sent their statements on time. I alway recieved their statements a week prior to the due date of after the due date.
I had made all my payments on time. The interest rate rise up to 29.99% by paying the minimum montly paymet only $1.00 was going to the balance and the rest was interest and other fees. (anual fee acct etc.
I called them and requested to reduce the interest rate and this was deined. I then called my other credit card Capital One and ask them to help me pay this account and they paid up to $1700.00 @ a 16.9%. Well Guess what!!!
"Direct Merchants Bank" reduced my credit limit to only $200.00 charge me a $39.99 overlimit fee since a had a balance of $240.00 and to top it off 2 late fees of 39.99 because I was late 1 day.
My advise will be BEEEE CAREFULL WITH WHO YOU DO BUSINES WITH
DON'T FALL FOR THIS COMPANY THAT WILL RIP YOU OFF INTO LITTLE PICES.
