ALL CARD HOLDERS, are going to receive in your HOME ADDRESS from the USPO, a card from DMB that they have changed all their terms and conditions persuant to NV laws. affective dec 2005. this will go to all card holders and they will follow NV laws as to the card and payments and collections.
