This agency could not be any more of a joke. The office is smaller than my closet, with a few mediocre bookers and a 'head of finance'....aka the main bookers boyfriend that seems to pay to keep the agency afloat. They talk a big game and claim to have excellent clients that models will never actually meet with. During fashion week (the absolute busiest time of year for a runway model) they will send you maybe 2 castings a day, 3 if you're lucky...standard number of castings for a decent agency such as Major would be anywhere from 5 to 25...further proof that they legitimately HAVE NO CONNECTIONS.

The only jobs they are able to book their girls is for small hair presentations that are typically unpaid. Say you are lucky enough to score a paying job, YOU WILL NEVER SEE THE MONEY. Obviously this agency is hurting for girls. Their board has just gotten sadder over the past year. Half of the 'image' board that claims to rep the high fashion girls ditched Direct after fashion week and signed with better agencies.

You would be a fool to sign this contract. If they have offered you a contract and you are considering signing, please go visit a few agencies in the top ten list on models.com, or go to some open calls to see what a real modeling agency looks like. Don't let Mykola fool you into thinking she's cool. She is mean as a snake and always on edge. You would be too if your livelihood was blatantly failing. Signing a contract with Direct will only be a legal headache down the road when you want to break it early once you realize they are incapable of booking out decent jobs. Not to mention the fact that they will never pay you a cent of your earnings. They need it to pay rent on the closet they call their office. SCAM!!!!!!
