Direct Pharmacy Usa Took my money and never shipped me any medication ripoff CASSELBERRY Florida

On 12/13/06, I placed an order with directpharmacyusa.com for 90 pills of phentermine.

After a few days, I was notified that my perscription request was denied and they were going to send me a non-perscription substitute as a replacement for my denied perscription. I notified this company via email that this was not acceptable. I called the toll free number numerous times and got no answer.

I immediately filed a dispute with my credit card company and filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I received an email saying that directpharmacy would refund my charge of $112.93 less a $45.00 administration charge.

That is crap, I never even received anything and they want to charge me $45.00? The contact info for the owner of the company is:
