Direct source copiers, Onwer David Stokes DSC Wholesale Sold a broken/non working, 500,000 copy used printer Temecula CA California

I ordered a copier from direct source copies. This was to be a open box unit with very limited usage. Upon delivery of the copier the copier was covered in ink which direct source left inside the unit during shipping. We email showing damage to box and also damage to the unit. when we plugged it in and did not work. Direct source did send me a tech which he state he could not fix it and he needed parts. Direct source copier told us it would take 3 business days which it took 1 and half weeks for new part to come in. when the new part came in the tech came back and when he opened the new part. it was broken and used. at this time he tired again to fix the broken copier and failed to do so. I have a recording on the tech at my office telling me that David the owner of direct source should not have sold us this unit and i also have a recording of tech on the phone with David. Tech stated the copier has "500,000 copier already done on the copier. The same day i called David and requested a refund and for them to pick the unit up after going back and forth he finally agreed to a full refund and would schedule a date and time to pick up the broken copier this i also have on recording.

To date he has done nothing to either replace the unit, and return funding and schedule pick up. I have the copier sitting in my office broken for few since May 2018. I have emails and recording and employee to confirm all that has been stated.
