Direct Source Copiers Kept money for "Re-Stocking Fee", No Refund After 6 Weeks Temecula California

Called and ordered a "on sale" copier for my office on 10-31-16 afternoon. Paid $1999. plus added $150 toner. Supposed to receive in 7-10 days. $2149. was withdrawn from my account the next day 11-1-16. My son gave me a similar printer that evening so I emailed David Stokes of Direct Source Copier at 8:36 AM the next morning (11-2-16). He called and said it had already shipped and that I may have to pay for $300. shipping as well as a re-stock fee. I told him I did want to cancel. Mr Stokes let me know several days later that I was ONLY going to be charged $150. re-stock fee, no shipping. It has been almost 6 weeks and still no refund. 1 - $150 re-stock is unfair since I canceled one day after the money was withdrawn. 2 - I should be able to charge interest on him holding my money for so long. I will never deal with a internet dealer again for electronics.
