Direct Supply Depot Toner Cartridges $400 for one Orange California

Direct Supply Depot, Inc. Is not to be confused with Direct Supply the healthcare supply company that is legite. Direct Supply Depot contacted several of my locations and tried to sell the facility Toner. My company gets toner free of charge though our cost per copy agreement we have with ABS. Direct Supply Depot, Inc shipped one toner in plan cardboard box. When the facility received the box along with several others that said Direct Supply (the valid vendor). They assumed it was a legate order. Once they got alerted to the scam they called the vendor to get a return address. Direct Supply Depot said it was against the policy to take toner back and the facility would have to pay for the toner. Now I've started receiving additional invoice's for all of my Washington facility's all dated within a few days of each other. We have 12 locations in Washington alone and at $400 per toner thats $4800.00 for something we get for free. I've called the vendor left message's. No return call. I've sent them a certified letter no response. Now they want to send the invoice's to collections. Which if that happens we will fight them in correct. I'm also filing a complaint with the Washington State Attorney Generals Office.
