Direct tv inc direct stars tv does not honor the bundle agreements made if services are not available but will charge you extra and cancellation fee for the privilege of them not hooking up complete service Greenwood Village, Colorado

In Aug 2010, we ordered satellite and internet services through directstarstv. It was suppose to be a bundle package that included wireless internet and the satellite dish services for $46.99 monthly. however, I was informed today 2/11/1011 that apparently they are unable to provide internet services for the area. We were never informed of this before, but the bill has never been the amount quoted. It was higher until Dec 2010, when we called re: the bill. The rep took the dvr receiver off the bill, but said we would need to pay $69.99 in order to get different type of box. She never stated that the services for this box would cost $6 monthly. Well, the dvr at the time was only an additional $7 month.  If she would have informed us of what the difference would be we would have kept the dvr services. The tech that came out to install the boxes only set up to and told us he would return to set up the final box. That never happened! The box is still not hooked up as of today. Also, the directstars rep told us we had no contract and that we could cancel anytime without penalty. That was not the case. The supervisor in account terminations stated there was a fee and that they would not waive it because it was agreed to in work order. work order was not completed, therefore not signed by anyone in house because tech was suppose to return to complete job. I would like them to either honor the services that was suppose to be provided at the cost that was quoted or terminate contract with no penalty because they are unable to fill the obligation.
