DIRECT TV Inc DIRECT TV On going billing to increase cancellation costs englewood, Colorado

Directv has continued to bill me since August of 09.  To bad for them I have OPID and name, time, and date of call made to cancel service.  They are telling me that there was an ASSUMED contract and are trying to get me to pay a cancel fee.  They do not have a single signature of mine on file I know this because I did my own install.  O.k. I agree to this assumed contract, but this assumed contract also states that if I am ever dissatisfied with Directv's service then Directv will pay the sum of $25,000,000 and they can take any owed monies out of said above amount.  To be paid Immediately upon cancellation.  I have told several CSR's this over the phone they just laugh.  If its an assumed contract, then by giving me service they are entering into and assumed contract with me also.  Any lawyers out there wanna take this case up and get 1/3 of winnings contact me.  Winnings being the above said amount that is in the assumed contract with Directv.  If they can hold me to and assumed contract why can't I hold them to one also.  The assumed contract reads;  By allowing said customer to purchase ordcer and install our product we are guaranteeing he will never be dissatisfied or want to cancel his service for any reason.  If customer does become dissatisfied or wants to cancel service We (Directv Inc.) will pay said customer $25,000,000 upon cancellation, and there will be a 28% interest compounded daily from time of disconnect until time of payment in full of all monies owed. I am going to send a letter stating the same along with a recorded conversation of them telling me there is an assumed contract and me telling them if there is then the above mention contract is in that assumed contract so when they pay me I will pay them.  Since they continue to tell me there is an assumed contract.  Does this not constitute an acceptance of my terms to said assumed contract.
