I called for information on Direct TV , I asked if I would get on demand with this service, "YES, not a problem". I asked about the advertised package with the 3 months free service, " Yes, sign up now and get 3 months free service." I asked what this included, " All of the base premium channels".

I was also advised the installment would be free.
What I was not told was that in order to get on demand, I would have to purchase a RF Module and a router ($75.00 for the two pieces) and have them installed. I was not advised that I would have to have a fast DSL internet connection, either. I was not advised that in order to get the free 3 months service, I would have to pay for a football package that I did not want!!!!

When I received the bill for the foot ball package that I did not want, I was advised that I had to keep it or loss the free service. I also questioned why I was not able to use the on demand service, this is when I was advised that I would have to purchase the RF Module and the Router. (Fine time to tell me now!!!) Also notice below, What I copied directly from their webpage, "No equipment to buy or startup costs".
