The reason i got this card was for direct deposit.  From the moment i loaded the card they started withdrawing cash from the account with no explanation.  When my direct deposit was sent they withdrew from that also, even though they stated that with direct deposit it's free, lies, all lies.

I was told that if i mail my activation form in i would receive a refund, yes, i did receive the refund of $9.95, never used the card up to that point and every day after that they withdrew $1.00 until it came down to $6.21 and i still haven't used the card.  I went to use the card another time with a balance of $8.00 tried to get $7.00 and was denied, but they took every dime for themselves. 

I would never, ever use this card again, neither would i tell anyone to use this card.  They have taken almost $25.00 in fees for themselves.  This Direct Vision Prepaid Visa Card is a rip off.
